What is a hobby you picked up recently that you can't stop doing?

Looking for new things to try in my free time. Lately, I've gotten really into indoor gardening and sourdough baking, but I'm curious what everyone else here does to unwind after work. Any recommendations for hobbies with a low barrier to entry?
