Working from home vs. full-time office: has your opinion changed?

A few years ago, fully remote work seemed like the undisputed winner. Lately, though, a lot of people seem to miss the clear boundary between home and work, or the casual social interaction of an office. Where do you stand right now: fully remote, hybrid, or in-office?
